Experience/background: – Patrick has over 9 years of experience growing and developing employees, leaders, and brands as a consultant, trainer and a certified experiential learning coach; His 8 years at Bluesky adventures served as a foundation for his career. He has farther consulted for Human asset consultants, Kama Kazi, Nazarene University, Catalyst, SBO training, Rift valley adventures; Tukio ventures and is now serving as the Team Building Chief Facilitator and Consultant at Veriturn Solutions.

Consulting, Facilitating and Training:- Over the last 8 years, Patrick has served cooperates by helping them propose and execute strategic, specialized experiential learning techniques to increase and promote healthy and cohesive work relationships and environment, step up to business challenges, climb higher personally and professionally, and lead teams more effectively. At organizations ranging from top east African brands to government parastatals, he is known for facilitating clearly articulated experiential programs, fostering effective teamwork and transforming managers into inspiring organizational leaders. He has designed and delivered training programs that helped build teams and cooperate cultures required to grow the business.

Education and certifications: – Patrick holds a degree in tourism and wildlife management from Moi University, 7 habits of highly effective people facilitator Certificate, Level 2 Experiential Learning facilitation certificate from Winshape centre in Atlanta (USA), Certificate in Wilderness First Responder by Wilderness Medical Associates (USA), ACCT (The Association for Challenge Course Technology) level II by Signature programs.

Affiliations and Learning focus: – Patrick has helped create and implement a self-leadership program by the name Pentagon leadership Model, which has seen a combination of psychometric tests to improve self-awareness and a servant leadership model based on the book “What great leaders know and do” Ken Blanchard and Mac Millan. Recently, he has been excited by ongoing development in neuroscience so he can apply them in self-development programs that he creates, and by building leaders competence in storytelling and strategic narrative in order to help them be the inspiring visionaries we need in today’s world.
